We can assist with all aspects of commercial property including
freehold and leasehold title in respect of residential agricultural or
commercial properties. We also deal in all aspects of Landlord and Tenant
matters including grants, renewals and transfer of Business Leases and
commercial premises. We will be happy to discuss your requirements in
person.
Generally
You don't need to be moving to a property near us, most matters can be
dealt with either by telephone, e-mail or post.
We can also provide on request
a guide to our likely charges as well as indicating the likely timescale.
